Knee injuries:
Meniscus and ligament tears, swelling, tendinitis, arthritic conditions
Shoulder injuries:
Rotator cuff tendinitis, bursitis, soreness, arthritis and tears.
Elbow injuries:

Sample rehab protocol:

Relax and stretch the Pec muscles and anterior shoulder muscles.
Strengthen the posterior shoulder muscles to create balance between the anterior and posterior shoulder muscles. Limit chest workouts in season.
Poor management and treatment of any of these injuries can result in a chronic condition and permanent loss of exercise activities. Call for an evaluation. Most insurances accepted.
